First Frame Film+TV Production GmbH does not accept or review unsolicited materials of any kind, including scripts, treatments, formats, concepts, or creative ideas. Material is only considered when submitted through an established literary agent or producer, or following a prior written agreement with us.
Any unsolicited material we receive will not be read, evaluated, or stored. It will be returned or deleted without review. No confidential or fiduciary relationship arises from sending us material, and we assume no obligation of any kind towards the sender or the material.
Please note that we continuously develop, produce, and distribute a wide range of projects. Our current or future projects may contain themes, ideas, or storylines similar to those in unsolicited material we have never reviewed. Because we do not read unsolicited submissions, any such similarity is coincidental. We accept no liability for perceived similarities.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Personal data received with unsolicited material is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
