For Novartis's international commercial "Touching Me, Touching You" for Fenistil Spray, First Frame produced the shoot on location in Cape Town, South Africa, in collaboration with creative agency GREY.
The German campaign addresses everyday skin irritations with a light, emotionally resonant approach, translating the product's effect into a musically driven visual language that combines narrative warmth with dynamic imagery. Director Christina Hodnet, known for her particular sensitivity in working with children, brought an authentic and natural quality to the performances. Shot in Cape Town during winter with Director of Photography Aaron Platt, the production made use of the city's diverse urban and natural locations to create a visually rich and internationally appealing campaign.
First Frame coordinated all production logistics and managed the collaboration between GREY, the director, and a local Cape Town service production company on the ground, with post production handled by Locomotion in Düsseldorf.
