Notes
When Bertram van Munster and Elise Doganieri chose Munich as the historic start line for The Amazing Race Season 34 — the first time in the show's 20-year history that the race began outside the United States, coinciding with the milestone 400th episode — they trusted First Frame to deliver.
First Frame service produced two full episodes across five shooting days: four days in Munich and one day in Innsbruck, Austria. With approximately 200 local crew members and talents as well as 80 US crew on the ground, coordinating a production of this scale across two countries required meticulous pre-production planning and deep regional expertise.
Munich locations included the Friedensengel, Schloss Nymphenburg, Augustiner Keller, the Englischer Garten, and a traditional Isar Floß. In Innsbruck, First Frame secured access to the Stiftskeller, the historic Hofburg palace, and the St. Anna Säule — all requiring close coordination with Austrian authorities and local filming offices.
Season 34 continued a partnership with World Race Productions that dates back to The Amazing Race Season 3 in 2002 — one of the longest-running service production relationships in German reality TV history.
